This garment is new with tags. Purchased last year as child was going to be a junior bridesmaid and then the wedding did not take place because of COVID. Full length pale yellow dress has spaghetti straps, rhinestones decorating the bodice, and an a-line skirt is enhanced with pretty ruffled overlay done in a chiffon fabric. Pretty pleated fabric waistline accented with a chiffon flower. Zips up the back. Measurements are 31 inches underarm to underarm and about 32 inches long from waist to hem. Brand is Bow Dream and was purchased at a bridal shop. You will also get a matching ribbon and pearl necklace and pin. **photo does not do it justice--it is much prettier in person**
